Southlakes Junior Rugby League Football Club was started in 1958 with one team to the current 14 teams. We offer players competition in all age groups from Under 6's to Under 18's
Southlakes Roosters promotes itself as a community base organisation, providing recreational and leisure activities for the youth and general population of our area. We promote rugby league in the Wyee, Morisset, Morisset Peninsula, Cooranbong, Eraring and Dora Creek area.
Fielding 14 teams each year is catering for over 200 children and young adults aged from 6 to 18 years old and requires extensive fund rasing by dedicated volunteers but our survival would not be possible without the dedicated sponsorship and donations from small business in the district who have been the back-bone of the club for many years. IN ROUND 8 23/6/2012 ALL SOUTHLAKES ROOSTERS TEAMS WILL BE WEARING PINK SOCKS FOR THE MCGRATH FOUNDATION. ALL SOCKS WILL BE HANDED OUT BEFORE THE GAME BY COACHES.
